YOUR PARTICIPATION IN SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES.
THE LONESTAR CASINO SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS, ARE NOT “REAL MONEY GAMBLING”. NO ACTUAL MONEY IS REQUIRED TO PLAY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
THE LONESTAR CASINO SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS, ARE INTENDED FOR RECREATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF CASH WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED BY REDEEMING REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS IS 100 UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND FORTY-FIVE (45) UNITED STATES DOLLARS FOR GIFT CARD PRIZES, WHICH MAY BE AMENDED AT ANY TIME BY US BY PROVIDING YOU A 72 HOUR’S NOTICE. REDEMPTIONS BELOW THE RELEVANT THRESHOLD ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REDEMPTION.
THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET. FOR FURTHER CLARITY, THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS ARE VOID WHERE THE METHODS OF ENTRY SET FORTH BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION.
YOU MAY ONLY ACCESS THE SITE AND USE THE LONESTAR CASINO SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDES SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS, IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN AND A RESIDENT OF CANADA (EXCEPT IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN OR A RESIDENT OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC). FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING ELIGIBILITY PLEASE SEE CLAUSE 7 (ELIGIBLE USER QUALIFICATIONS) IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLAUSE 5 (ELIGIBLE USER) OF THESE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES.

AS A CONDITION OF REDEEMING ANY REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS FOR A SWEEP PRIZE, PLAYERS MUST SUCCESSFULLY ANSWER, UNAIDED AND WITHIN A SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT, A FOUR-PART MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION AS ADMINISTERED BY THE SPONSOR OR ITS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE. FAILURE TO CORRECTLY ANSWER THE SKILL-TESTING QUESTION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM REDEMPTION AND FORFEITURE OF THE APPLICABLE REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS.
The Sweep Coins Mode Contests provided through the Site are offered and operated by REALPLAY TECH INC, using software developed by REALPLAY LTD.
1.1. REALPLAY TECH INC, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States and its Related Entities including Realplay Ltd. (“Sponsor”, “Promoter”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is the sole sponsor of the Sweep Coins Mode Contests.
1.2. APPLE AND GOOGLE ARE NOT SPONSORS OF OR RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS AND ARE NOT INVOLVED IN ANY MANNER.
2.1. Terms which are defined in the General Terms and Conditions and which are used in these Promotional Play Rules will have the meaning given to them in the General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in these Promotional Play Rules.
2.2. You hereby agree to comply and be bound at all times by these Promotional Play Rules and the rest of the LoneStar Casino Agreement.
2.3. Sweep Coins Mode Contests are governed by applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Sweep Coins Mode Contests are legal and comply with all laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where you are located.
2.4. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS OR THE SITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
2.5. PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS IS YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES, THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR DECISIONS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DECISIONS RELATED TO THE SWEEP COINS, YOUR RECEIPT OF THE SWEEP COINS, REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ELIGIBILITY, WINNERS, THE REDEMPTION OF SWEEP PRIZES AND YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
3.1. WE MAY AT ANY TIME ADD, MODIFY, REMOVE, DISCONTINUE OR SUSPEND THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS OR ANY PART THEREOF WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND WITHOUT NOTICE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IN THE EVENT THAT ANY CAUSE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR CORRUPTS, OR THREATENS TO CORRUPT, THE SECURITY OR PROPER ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS.
3.2. In no event will the Company be liable to you for any loss, damage or liability suffered by you which results from any addition, modification, removal or suspension of the Sweep Coins Mode Contests or any part thereof and, for the avoidance of doubt, you will have no claims with respect to such addition, modification, removal or suspension. In addition, we may immediately suspend all drawings, granting and awarding of Sweep Prizes, and we reserve the right to distribute any remaining Sweep Prizes in a manner we deem fair and appropriate.
4.1. Any personal information which you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4.2. By participating in the Sweep Coins Mode Contest, you consent to the use of your name, address, email address, postal code, telephone number, social media handle(s), comments, and image, whether on videotape, photograph, or any other means, for the administration of the Contest or any publicity carried out by the Sponsor, without further notice or compensation.
5.1. In order to participate in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests, you must comply with the eligibility requirements of Clause 7 (ELIGIBLE USER QUALIFICATIONS) of the General Terms and Conditions. You agree that if you fail to meet these eligibility requirements, you will not participate in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests.
5.2. You hereby represent and warrant to us that at all times:
5.2.1. you satisfy the eligibility requirements of Clause 7 (ELIGIBLE USER QUALIFICATIONS) of the General Terms and Conditions;
5.2.2. you are fully capable of entering into and complying with these Promotional Play Rules;
5.2.3. you are located in Canada but are not located in or a resident of the Province of Quebec; and
5.2.4. you will fully comply with these Promotional Play Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
6.1. To participate in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests, you must have an active User Account. For further clarity, the User Account cannot be an Inactive User Account.
6.2. You can create a User Account through the Site at no cost. Registration is free and does not require you to make any purchase.
6.3. When participating in Sweep Coins Mode Contests, you may use Sweep Coins for the chance to win Redeemable Sweep Coins, which can be redeemed for Sweep Prizes in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and these Promotional Play Rules.
7.1. You may, at our discretion, receive Sweep Coins for free through the following methods:
7.1.1. As a Bonus for Registering a User Account and Logging in Within Three Days of the User Account Registration
You may receive Sweep Coins if you register a User Account and log in to the User Account within three days of registering the User Account.
7.1.2. As a Daily Bonus
You may obtain Sweep Coins daily by logging into your account each day and claiming the Daily Bonus. You may only claim the Daily Bonus once per each 24-hour period. The amount of Sweep Coins you can obtain will be made available to you through the Site, Site Content or via a pop up.
7.1.3. Social Network Giveaways
We may hold Sweep Coins giveaway contests or challenges (each a “Sweep Coins Giveaway” and collectively “Sweep Coins Giveaways”) on the LoneStar Casino social media pages, which you can enter by following the instructions provided. These Sweep Coins Giveaways may require (i) the sharing, liking, commenting or other interaction with a specific social media post, or (ii) completing a challenge or answering various game related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of Sweep Coins given away will be stated on the corresponding social media post and will be added to each winner’s User Account after the conclusion of the Sweep Coins Giveaway. Sweep Coins Giveaways may be subject to additional restrictions and rules as referenced in the contest materials, the General Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Play Rules in effect at the time.
7.1.4. As A Bonus for Purchasing Gold Coins
When purchasing specifically designated Gold Coin packages, you may receive Sweep Coins as a free bonus.
7.1.5. Through the Loyalty Club
You may receive Sweep Coins for participating in the Loyalty Club.
7.1.6. Through Various Promotional Campaigns (for example, the “Refer A Friend Promotion”)
You may receive Sweep Coins as a bonus through participating in various promotions that we may run from time to time, subject to your compliance with the LoneStar Casino Agreement and the relevant Promotion Terms.
7.1.7. Requesting Sweep Coins by Post (“LoneStar Casino Written Request”)
In order to provide us with a LoneStar Casino Written Request you must:
7.1.7.1. Use an unfolded, blank, unlined, 4″ x 6″ postcard or piece of white paper, which must contain the following information which is legibly handwritten in BLUE INK (typed or printed text will not be accepted) on one side of the paper:
(a) Your full name as shown on your government issued identification and matching your username.
(b) Your email address registered with your User Account.
(c) The return/residential address registered with your User Account.
(d) The time and date of writing.
(e) LoneStar Casino.com
(f) The following statement:
“I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests offered by REALPLAY. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and hereby agree to be bound by LoneStar Casino Agreement including General Terms and Conditions and Promotional Play Rules.”
(“AMOE LoneStar Casino Entry”)
7.1.7.2. You must insert the AMOE LoneStar Casino Entry inside a stamped #10 envelope (“AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope”). In addition, the AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope must contain the following information which is legibly handwritten in BLUE INK (typed or printed text will not be accepted) on the front of the AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope:
(i) Sweepstake Credits
(ii) Your return address
(iii) LoneStar Casino.com
The AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope must be sent to: LoneStarCasino,
PO BOX 9561, Manchester, NH 03108
7.2. The granting of Sweep Coins through a LoneStar Casino Written Request is also subject to the following:
7.2.1. The LoneStar Casino Written Request must be made by you and mailed from the same province or territory as your verified residential address registered to your User Account.
7.2.2. You must not electronically copy or duplicate any LoneStar Casino Written Request or any part thereof.
7.2.3. In our sole discretion, if your handwriting on the AMOE LoneStar Casino Entry and the AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope is not legible, the LoneStar Casino Written Request will be void.
7.2.4. There is a limit of one AMOE LoneStar Casino Entry per AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope.
7.2.5. Any LoneStar Casino Written Request made by any other individual or any entity other than you (including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering services) will be invalid.
7.2.6. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a LoneStar Casino Written Request or whether a LoneStar Casino Written Request satisfies the requirements detailed in Clause 7.1.7 and this Clause 7.2, is not resolved to our satisfaction, we may determine that such LoneStar Casino Written Request be invalid.
7.2.7. Tampering with the process with respect to the LoneStar Casino Written Request, including but not limited to the use of any device or software to automate the LoneStar Casino Written Request or to unfairly assist you with meeting the handwriting requirement, is prohibited and any such LoneStar Casino Written Request deemed by us, in our sole discretion to have been submitted in this manner will be invalid.
7.2.8. If in our sole discretion, there is an issue or fault with the AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope, such that it does, or is reasonably likely to, cause damage to, or otherwise adversely affect, equipment used or procedures implemented to process mailed in requests (for example, handmade envelopes that are not suitable for machine processing due to poor quality or non-standard adhesive or paper) such LoneStar Casino Written Request will be invalid.
7.2.9. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of a User Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the User Account will be deemed to be the person submitting a LoneStar Casino Written Request.
7.2.10. The LoneStar Casino Written Request, which includes the AMOE LoneStar Casino Entry and AMOE LoneStar Casino Envelope, will belong to us.
7.2.11. Any LoneStar Casino Written Request which we deem in our sole discretion to be invalid will not be acknowledged or returned to you.
7.2.12. We are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise invalid LoneStar Casino Written Request.
7.3. For every LoneStar Casino Written Request which complies with Clauses 7.1.7 and 7.2, you will receive one (1) Sweep Coin. The Sweep Coin will be added to your User Account after we verify and determine that the LoneStar Casino Written Request complies with Clause 7.1 and 7.2. Please note that it may take up to 20 days from our receipt of a LoneStar Casino Written Request to credit your User Account with the Sweep Coin.
7.4. You agree that we have the right to vary the number of Sweep Coins given for each LoneStar Casino Written Request at any time, by amending the number in Clause 7.3 of these Promotional Play Rules.
8.1. Sweep Coins can be used to play Sweep Coins Mode Contests for a chance to obtain Redeemable Sweep Coins.
8.2. Sweep Coins cannot be purchased and have no monetary value. Sweep Coins cannot be withdrawn or transferred or exchanged. However, Redeemable Sweep Coins may be redeemed for Sweep Prizes.
8.3. The amount of Sweep Coins which are credited to you will be displayed in the Sweep Coins wallet in your User Account.
8.4. Sweep Coins can only be used in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests, and you may only participate in Sweep Coins Mode Contests if you possess a sufficient number of Sweep Coins in the Sweep Coins wallet in your User Account for playing the relevant Contest.
8.5. The number of Sweep Coins required for playing each Contest in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests is displayed in either the applicable Contest rules or in the Contest itself.
8.6. Once you select Sweep Coins for use in Sweep Coins Mode Contests and we accept the selected Sweep Coins, you cannot cancel the use of such Sweep Coins and such Sweep Coins will be deducted from the Sweep Coins wallet in your User Account.
8.7. We reserve the right to remove, expire, limit, change, manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Sweep Coins, whether generally or specifically to you, and we will have no liability to you with respect to the exercise of such rights.
8.8. You agree not to transfer, attempt to transfer, assign, attempt to assign, sub-license, attempt to sublicense, sell, attempt to sell, give, attempt to give, trade or attempt to trade, Sweep Coins. Any such attempt by you is prohibited and void.
8.9. We may at our discretion notify you that your Sweep Coins may expire or have expired, but we will have no obligation to do so.
8.10. In the event Sweep Coins are incorrectly credited to you, you agree that as soon as you become aware of this you will immediately notify us by email at: support@LoneStarCasino.com.
Sweep Prizes Restrictions
9.1. The minimum amount which can be obtained by redeeming Redeemable Sweep Coins, which may be amended at our discretion at any time and without notice to you, is:
9.1.1. Forty-five (45) United States Dollars for Gift Card Prizes; and
9.1.2. One hundred (100) United States Dollars for cash prizes.
9.2. Sweep Coins granted to you cannot be directly redeemed for Sweep Prizes. Sweep Coins must be used at least once in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests before they can be redeemed for Sweep Prizes. At our discretion, we may require that any Sweep Coins granted to you must be used a greater number of times in any combination of Sweep Coins Mode Contests before Sweep Prizes can be redeemed.
9.3. As a further condition of redeeming Sweep Coins granted to you cannot be directly redeemable Sweep Coins for a Sweep Prize, you must successfully answer, unaided and within a specified time limit, a four-part mathematical skill-testing question involving at least two- and three-digit numbers, as administered by the Sponsors. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification from redemption of Sweep Coins.
9.4. We may impose limits on the amount of Redeemable Sweep Coins you can redeem for Sweep Prizes per day, or any other limits as determined by us or required by applicable law or our service providers. You will be notified of any limits through the LoneStar Casino Agreement or the Site Content.
Without detracting from the paragraph above, at present:
9.3.1. the maximum amount of Redeemable Sweep Coins which may be redeemed for Sweep Prizes is capped at 10,000 USD per day; and
9.3.2. you can only have one redemption request to redeem Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes open at any one time, and you will not be able to make a redemption request if there is another redemption request that is pending approval by us.
We reserve the right to remove, expire, limit, change, manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Redeemable Sweep Coins, whether generally or specifically to you and we will have no liability to you with respect to the exercise of such rights.
9.5. Sweep Prizes can only be obtained by redeeming Redeemable Sweep Coins pursuant to Clauses 9.1 to 9.3.
Obtaining Sweep Prizes
9.6. The amount of Redeemable Sweep Coins which are credited to you will be displayed in the Sweep Coins wallet in your User Account.
9.7. Upon redeeming your Redeemable Sweep Coins for a Sweep Prize and we accept your redemption, you cannot cancel the redemption.
We may charge you processing fees for the redemption of Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes as notified to you through the Site Content.
Additional Redemption Provisions
9.8. Sweep Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred by you.
9.9. We reserve the right to substitute a Sweep Prize with one of equal or greater value.
9.10. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the email address and mailing address (as applicable) which are associated with your User Account is correct and up to date. We are not liable if Sweep Prizes are not delivered due to incorrect information.
9.11. Prior to your redemption of any Sweep Prizes, we may require you to submit your government issued identification via the site.
9.12. You may also be required to send to us via email or via the US postal system:
9.12.1. an affidavit/declaration of eligibility as provided by us,
9.12.2. a publicity/liability agreement/release as provided by us; and
9.12.3. appropriate tax forms.
All such documentation and forms must be provided by you within thirty (30) days of our request. Your failure to comply with these requirements (which includes without limitation, failing to properly execute and return the affidavit/declaration of eligibility and the publicity/liability agreement/ release by the deadline or your failure to properly complete the tax forms by the deadline), may at our discretion, result in your disqualification and your forfeiture of the Sweep Prize and the Redeemable Sweep Coins used to redeem such Sweep Prize.
9.13. For the avoidance of doubt, prior to your redemption of any Sweep Prizes, we reserve the right to conduct verification checks as detailed in Clause 6 (VERIFICATION CHECKS) in the General Terms And Conditions and Clause 14 (VERIFICATION OF REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS) below.
9.14. We will have no liability to you with respect to your use of any Sweep Prizes.
9.15. In the event that you redeem a Gift Card Prize in physical format, once it leaves our or our supplier’s premises, we will have no further liability to you with respect of such Gift Card Prize.
9.16. There may be third party terms and conditions which apply to the Gift Card Prizes which you have redeemed. It is solely your responsibility to be aware of and comply with such third-party terms and conditions and we will have no liability to you for failing to comply with such terms and conditions.
9.17. In the event a Sweep Prize is incorrectly credited to you, you agree that as soon as you become aware of this you will immediately notify us by email at: support@LoneStarCasino.com.
9.18. Sweep Prize redemptions with a value equal to or greater than 2,500 USD may require a longer processing time due to banking, security and fraud checks/controls and may also be provided in several installments rather than in one lump sum. Without detracting from the foregoing, we reserve the right to allocate or pay Sweep Prizes in smaller installments over any number of days until the Sweep Prize has been paid in its entirety.
Gift Card Redemptions
9.19. If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for a physical Gift Card Prize, subject to the LoneStar Casino Agreement, we will send the physical Gift Card Prize to the mailing address associated with your User Account when you select such physical Gift Card Prize. If the physical Gift Card Prize is delivered to the wrong address, we will have no liability to you and we will not provide you with a replacement physical Gift Card Prize.
9.20. If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for a digital Gift Card Prize, subject to LoneStar Casino Agreement, we will send the digital Gift Card Prize to the email address associated with your User Account when you select such digital Gift Card Prize. If the digital Gift Card Prize is delivered to the wrong address, we will have no liability to you and we will not provide you with a replacement digital Gift Card Prize.
Cash Redemptions
9.21. If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for cash, subject to the LoneStar Casino Agreement, we will pay such amount in USD to the Remittance Instrument. If for any reason we cannot pay cash to the Remittance Instrument we may choose to pay you via the Additional Remittance Instrument, which we, at our discretion, may select.
9.22. If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for cash, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the details of the Remittance Instrument and the Additional Remittance Instrument are correct and up to date. If the redeemed cash is not delivered to you due to incorrect or outdated details, we will not be liable to reverse the transaction or re-issue the cash.
9.23. Payment processing is handled by one of our Related Entities, Realplay (EU) Limited with an address at Madison Building Midtown, Queensway, Gibraltar – GX11 1AA.
10.1. If you redeem 600 United States Dollars or more in Redeemable Sweep Coins over one calendar year, we may suspend your ability to further redeem Redeemable Sweep Coins, until you provide us with your address and social insurance details as well as any other information and documentation we may request to verify your identity or meet legal obligations. These details may be used to allow us to comply with tax regulations and may be shared with appropriate tax authorities.
If we do not receive such information and documentation, or we believe that such information or documentation is incomplete, false or inaccurate, such suspension will remain until we have received such documentation and information.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Clause will in no way detract from our rights in Clause 6 (VERIFICATION CHECKS) in the General Terms and Conditions and Clause 14 (VERIFICATION OF REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS) below nor from terminating or suspending your User Account.
10.2. We may decide, in our sole discretion, whether we wish to provide any details to you in connection with your individual tax filing obligations, or otherwise. We do not offer any tax advice. If you require any tax advice or assistance regarding tax matters, you should consult with an appropriate advisor. For more information, please see Clause 8.2 (WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL AND TAX ADVICE AND WE ARE NOT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION) in the General Terms and Conditions.
10.3. You will be responsible for paying all Relevant Taxes incurred upon redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes.
10.4. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we reserve the right to charge you any Relevant Taxes or charge a fee to offset any Relevant Taxes.
10.5. In the event that applicable law requires the Company to deduct or withhold any amount from a Sweep Prize and remit that amount to the relevant tax authority on account of Relevant Taxes, the amount so deducted or withheld will be deemed to have been paid to you.
10.6. You are solely responsible for filing and paying applicable state, local and federal taxes, duties, levies or fees on Redeemable Sweep Coins and Sweep Prizes.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, CLAUSE 25 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN. BY AGREEING TO THESE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN CLAUSE 25 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
12.1. By playing the Sweep Coins Mode Contests, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its Related Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, stockholders, agents, partners, licensors, subcontractors, suppliers and any entity responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweep Coins Mode Contests (collectively the “Discharged Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability. For avoidance of doubt, you agree to waive all claims of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to:
12.1.1. invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory);
12.1.2. defamation, slander, libel, violation of publicity;
12.1.3. infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights; and
12.1.4. property damage, or death or personal injury, arising or relating to the Sweep Coins Mode Contests.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Discharged Parties from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, actions, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that any of the Discharged Parties may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with: (i) your non-compliance with any of the Contest Rules; (ii) your participation in the Contest; (iii) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize by you; and/or (iv) the use of your entry by the Sponsor.
13.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS SET OUT IN CLAUSE 29.2 (LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY) IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS, WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES, OTHER THAN YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (THAT IS COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS) AND YOU FURTHER WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS CLAUSE 13.1 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WILL THE DISCHARGED PARTIES, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
13.2.1. ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION PROVIDED, WHETHER CAUSED BY YOU OR CAUSED BY A PRINTING ERROR OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS;
13.2.2. ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO ANY LONESTAR CASINO WRITTEN REQUEST INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IF CAUSED BY YOU OR FOR ANY FAULTY OR FAILED ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSMISSIONS OR PRINTING ERROR;
13.2.3. ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR IN RESPECT OF THE OPERATION OR ADMINISTRATION OF SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS AND ANY UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE AMOE LONESTAR CASINO ENTRY PROCESS OR THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS;
13.2.4. ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR ALTERATION, OF REQUESTS FOR SWEEP COINS;
13.2.5. ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) BE RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY MATERIALS RELATED TO SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS;
13.2.6. ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) BE RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY SWEEP PRIZE; OR
13.2.7. ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, INTERRUPTION FAILURE OR ERROR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DISCONNECTION DELAY, INTERRUPTION OR DEFECT IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.
13.3. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SITE CONTENT, OR SWEEP PRIZES OR THE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.
14.1. POTENTIAL WINNERS OF SWEEP COINS MODE CONTESTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY US IN ANY MANNER WE MAY CHOOSE WHICH INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE VERIFICATION CHECKS STATED IN CLAUSE 6 (VERIFICATION CHECKS) IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
14.2. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER OF ANY SWEEP COINS MODE CONTEST, EVEN IF THE LONESTAR CASINO SERVICES INDICATE YOU ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY US TO OUR SATISFACTION AND WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES AND THE REST OF THE LONESTAR CASINO AGREEMENT AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
14.3. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF OUR VALIDATION PROCESS.
14.4. If you are granted Redeemable Sweep Coins though the Sweep Coins Mode Contests, you may be required by us to return via the Site your government issued identification. You may also be required to send via email or via the US postal system:
14.4.1. an affidavit/declaration of eligibility as provided by us;
14.4.2. a publicity/liability agreement/release as provided by us; and
14.4.3. appropriate tax forms by a deadline specified by us. Failure to comply with these requirements (which includes without limitation failing to properly execute and return the affidavit/declaration of eligibility and the publicity/liability agreement/ release by the deadline or your failure to properly complete the tax forms by the deadline), at our discretion may result in disqualification and your forfeiture of the Redeemable Sweep Coins.
14.5. If you are a potential winner and cannot be contacted by us, or you cannot be verified by us in a timely manner, you may be disqualified at our discretion, in which case you will forfeit and have no right to the Sweep Prize.
15.1. Such a list will only be provided if required by applicable law. For avoidance of doubt, if we are not obligated to provide you with the Winners list under applicable law, we will in no way be obligated to respond to your request.
15.2. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING YOUR NAME ON A WINNERS LIST AND SHARING SAID WINNERS LIST PER REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
16.1. If we determine that your posts or comments on: (i) any of the LoneStar Casino social media pages are incorrect, damaging, libelous, illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexual, offensive, abusive, indecent, threatening, bullying, spiteful, upsetting, harassing, hateful, offensive or otherwise unlawful or prejudicial of any person or group on the grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability; or (ii) elsewhere, which are unfair, incorrect, damaging, harassing, bullying, spiteful or upsetting, which is directed at us, our representatives or other end users of the Services, we reserve the right to:
16.1.1. remove the posts or comments;
16.1.2. disqualify you from participating in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests and using the Sweep Coins;
16.1.3. inform the operator or owner of the social media platform; or
16.1.4. terminate or suspend your account.
16.2. If we terminate your User Account under these Promotional Play Rules, Clauses 13.6-13.10 of the General Terms and Conditions will apply.
