REALPLAY TECH INC and its Related Entities including Realplay Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “REALPLAY“) wish to protect our end-users and promote responsible social gameplay as a policy of customer care and social responsibility.
We wish to provide you with tools and information to ensure that our Contests are participated in responsibly, so that you can enjoy your experience on our Site while remaining aware of the potential risks that may be associated with social casino and promotional sweepstakes.
We therefore encourage you to be aware of the responsible social gameplay tools described below that are available to you and to take advantage of them at your sole discretion. We reserve the right to activate these measures unilaterally if, in our absolute discretion, we deem it necessary.

This Responsible Social Gameplay Policy (“RSG Policy”) describes the control tools, information and resources available to our end-users.

This RSG Policy forms part of the LoneStarCasino Agreement. This RSG Policy should be read in conjunction with and is complementary to the General Terms and Conditions.

Terms which are defined in the General Terms and Conditions and which are used in this RSG Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this RSG Policy.

PROTECTION OF MINORS

Those under the age of 18 or the minimum legal age required by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction that such individual is located in at the time he/she access the Site and uses the LoneStarCasino Services (whichever is higher) (“Minors“), are not permitted to register an account with the Site and use the LoneStarCasino Services, even if such person is in the presence of an adult.

Limits: You can set the limits below by accessing the “Contact Form” on the Site under Responsible Social Gameplay options.

Play Limit: Provides you with the ability to set a maximum number of Sweep Coins that can be played with during your chosen time period. The time periods which are applicable are daily, over a seven day period or over a 30 day period. Once you reach the limit which you have set, you will not be able to play with any Sweep Coins until the earlier of the limit resetting or your removal of the limit.

Purchase Limit: Provides you with the ability to limit the amount of Gold Coins you can purchase within a chosen time period. The time periods which are applicable are daily, over a seven day period or over a 30 day period. Once you reach the limit which you have set, you will not be able to make any additional purchases of Gold Coins until the earlier of the limit resetting or you disable the Purchase Limit.

Daily Time Limit: Allows you to set a daily limit on the number of hours you can remain logged into your User Account ,per 24 hour period. Once this limit is reached, you will be logged out until the following day.
Adjustment and Removal of the Relevant Limit: The Purchase Limit, Play Limit and Daily Limit can be adjusted or removed by you at any time.
A decrease to the Purchase Limit, Play Limit and Daily Limit (as applicable) will take effect immediately.
However, increasing or removing the Purchase Limit, Play Limit and Daily Limit (as applicable) will only take effect after a 72-hour period.

Activity Reminder: This is accessible through Account Settings in your User Account. You can set the Activity Reminder for every hour. The Activity Reminder:

displays your play history since logging in;

allows you to end the gameplay session or continue playing; and
-
suspends gameplay and indicates how long you have been playing.

User Account History: This is accessible through Account Settings in your User Account, where you can view your:

Gameplay History: Displays the result of each spin and play over the prior 14-day period;

Purchases and Redemptions: Displays your purchase and redemption history over the prior 14-day period.

Controlling Access

Taking a Break: You Can Take a Break, by sending an email request to [email protected]. Taking a Break allows you to take a short break from participation in Contests for a specific period. The periods of time available for Taking a Break are:

During the Take a Break Period which you have requested, you will not be able to access your User Account.

Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude by sending an email request to [email protected]. Self-Exclusion allows you to suspend your User Account for a more extended period of time. During this period, you will be unable to access your User Account. The periods of time available for Self- Exclusion are:

Six months

One year

Three years

Five years

Indefinite
If your User Account has been verified to our satisfaction, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any Redeemable Sweep Coins which are in your User Account can be redeemed by you, subject to Clauses 18.1- 18.5 (inclusive) (SWEEP PRIZES) in the General Terms and Conditions.
During your self-exclusion period, you will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications. Other than with respect to an Indefinite self-exclusion, your User Account cannot be reactivated until the selected self-exclusion period has ended and when the self-exclusion period has ended, your User Account will automatically be reactivated.
If you opt for an Indefinite self-exclusion, your User Account cannot be reactivated until at least six months have passed. A seven day period will be required before the reactivation of your User Account following indefinite self-exclusion.

Termination of Your User Account: You can terminate your User Account by sending an email request to [email protected] with “Permanent Account Closure” in the Subject Line and providing the reason for why you wish to terminate your User Account. You will be required to provide a “confirmation of understanding” to permanently close your User Account. Any User Account termination under this Clause 8.3 shall mean that your User Account will not be reactivated. Please see Clauses 13.6.2, 13.7, 13.8, 13.9 and 13.10 (TERMINATION OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT) of the General Terms and Conditions.
