1. What are your rights regarding your Personal Data and how can you exercise them?

1.1 Right to Know

You have the right to know a) what categories of Personal Data and/or specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected about you, b) the categories of sources for that Personal Data, c) the purpose for which we use that Personal Data, d) the categories of third parties with whom we disclose the Personal Data, and e) the categories of Personal Data that we sell or disclose to third parties. You can make a request to know up to two times in a twelve months period.

1.2 Right to Opt-out

You have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and certain other privacy and data protection laws, as applicable, to opt-out of the sale or share of your Personal Data. If you exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data, we will refrain selling or sharing your Personal Data, unless you subsequently provide express authorization for the sale or disclosure of your Personal Data. To opt-out of the sale or disclosure of your Personal Data, send a request to support@lonestarcasino.com with the phrase “Don’t sell my data” and include your user ID.

Upon your request, we will delete your Personal Data within the time period established by law and will direct any service providers to do the same, unless any rule or regulation requires us to keep it in our records.

2. How long do we keep your Personal Data

REALPLAY will keep your Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in paragraph 3 above. REALPLAY may keep your Personal Data even after you delete your account in the Website if required by any applicable rule or regulation.

REALPLAY will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify any Personal Data where: (i) we no longer need the Personal Information for any purpose for which the Personal Data was collected or for a related purpose; and we are not required by law, a regulator or a court/tribunal order, to retain the Personal Data.

3. How do we secure your Personal Data

REALPLAY takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data collected on the Website, including sensitive data. These efforts include but are not necessarily limited to: (i) storing your Personal Data in secure operating environments to which the public does not have access, but only authorized REALPLAY representatives, agents, contractors or third party providers; and, (ii) verifying the identities of registered users before they can access the Personal Data we maintain about them.
